With three state-of-the-art treating tubes, dry kilns, a full rail siding, and a company-owned trucking fleet, we have the ability to provide exceptional service from start to finish.
Kiln Dried After Treatment (KDAT)
The pressure treating process adds considerable moisture content to wood products. Kiln drying helps to reduce product weight, minimize the effects of physical changes to the wood, and allow for more immediate painting and staining. If you want a top-quality, dimensionally stable product, look no further than MEWood's KDAT.
Treatment Service Only (TSO)
At MEWood, we partner with many of our customers to treat their own products. From bridge timbers to fire treated framing lumber, we can use our rail siding, trucking capacity, treating tubes, and kilns to add value to your products.
Rail Loading and Offloading
Thanks to our full rail siding, we can both load and offload lumber products for our customers. Located on the St. Lawrence & Atlantic, we have direct access to the Canadian National rail network allowing us to send and receive products from all over North America.
Custom Timbers, Poles and Piling
At MEWood, we understand that your job may have unique, specific product needs. Through a diverse network of sawmills, treating plants, and reman facilities, we have the ability to source and treat virtually any product your project needs.
